Behind the Scenes
Redbun is a small-batch bakery out of Dallas, Texas — equal parts cookies, recipes, and the occasional cake

About
Hi! I'm Toby, and I started Redbun Cooking in 2020 at nine years old — what began as a food blog during the pandemic turned into a full baking business. I bake small batches of cookies, breads, and the occasional cake out of a Dallas kitchen, and ship nationwide. Asian-inspired flavors with a homemade touch.
Redbun's Journey
In the past 6 years, Redbun Cooking has become so much more than baked goods.

Food Network's
Kids Baking Championship
In 2022 and 2023, I participated on Food Network's Kids Baking Championship "Biz Kids" and "Sweets-Giving". It was such a dream come true to be on a show that I've watched since I was little. I love Duff and Valerie - and made 11 lifelong friends through the show!

Other
Media Appearances
Check out my interview for Childpreneurs (Dec 2021)! I also was invited to be on WFAA's "Good Morning Texas" twice, where I got to show off some seasonal treats to make at home! I've also been featured on various Texas publications!

Charity
Giving Back to the Community
A portion of the proceeds goes to Feeding America, an amazing organization that is the nation's largest hunger-relief program. Redbun Cooking also has raised money to benefit organizations, such as Heart 2 Heart International to send aid to the Ukraine.
Impact
The Impact so far
Redbun is a single-person bakery, but the goal is to scale the impact and grow the platform. Every cookie, every loaf, every order helps a greater cause. Here's what I've done so far, and I'm just getting started.

Donated
$1000
Every order puts money toward fighting hunger and especially causes that I personally support.

Volunteering
12 hours
Putting in hours through orgs like Feed My Starving Children.

Organizations
FMSC - H2H - Feeding America
Supporting good organizations in any way I can.
→ What I care about
The way I bake.
01. Real ingredients
Label-name butter, single-origin chocolate, vanilla bean paste. While it costs a bit more, it tastes a lot better, too :)
02. Small batches
Orders are always done in small batches and are fulfilled on the weekends.
03. Fresh to consumer
That means stuff sells out... a lot. But every cookie that ships is one I'd be happy to eat.
