Hi, I'm Toby.
Redbun started in 2020 in a small apartment kitchen, for the people I missed, for the small ritual of pulling a tray out of the oven, and for the joy of watching someone reach for a warm cookie.
6 years later, and after a slight hiatus, it's still just me, baking in my kitchen, in Dallas, sharing what I make with anyone who'll have it.
For me, food is also a medium. Every order helps fund food access in my community; from food banks to meal programs.
