This one was so fun to make - it's a bit tricky with the choux...but I think they rose pretty nicely! I used a ziploc bag cut out at the corner to fill the puffs!
I have loved ube ice cream ever since I went to Soft Swerve in NYC after getting my haircut in Chinatown. It is now a tradition for us to go to get ube ice cream after each haircut.
