Over the holidays, my uncle and I made this delicious citrus cake with fresh lemons and oranges from his fruit trees. We used a box cake mix and then added in fresh squeezed juice to the frosting and to moisten the cake. My mom also helped me to candy citrus for the decoration. Yummy!
You know I love matcha - and I've been meaning to try out a jelly roll. The rolling part is all about timing and practice. I'll need to continue working on this one!
